Mission Statement

The mission of the Student Accounts Office is to perform the fiduciary responsibilities of the college and to professionally serve the financial needs of SUNY Orange students. This includes accurately disbursing and collecting student funds, administering the financial programs of the college in compliance with county, state, and federal government regulations, and responding to student and parent inquiries about these financial issues in a helpful, informed and courteous manner.


The Student Accounts Office provides the following services:

  • Collecting Tuition and Fee Payments
  • Collecting residence information (so students are properly charged)
  • Change of name and address information
  • Certification of TAP awards
  • Tuition and Financial Aid refunds
  • Hope Scholarship and Tax information
  • Billing
