May 2021 graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail in June.  August, 2021 candidates for graduation will receive their diplomas in September, once they have completed all of their requirements.

SUNY Orange will NOT be using Island Photography this year for graduation photos since the ceremony will be virtual.  However, if you would like to utilize the company for personal photos at your expense, feel free to contact them directly.

For SUNY Orange sponsored events on campus or off campus (including, but not limited to, Commencement, Convocation, Scholarship and Awards Ceremony, pinning ceremonies, concerts, performances, etc.), by entering the event premises, you hereby grant the College the absolute and irrevocable right and permission--with respect to photographs and/or video taken of you alone or with others--to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video, and in conjunction with any printed matter, or electronic matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever. You hereby release and discharge the College from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or video, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
