Security
The Orange County Community College Newburgh Security Team consists of 20 security officers. They provide security coverage at 1 Washington Center and the YMCA building located at 54 Grand Street. The security team also provides coverage for the Career Center located at 3 Washington Center.
In the main building of the Newburgh Extension Center (1 Washington Center), emergency phones have been placed on each floor including the basement level where the cafeteria is located. Anyone can reach security by dialing 33.
The college security team also provides vehicle escorts for faculty, staff and the student body. You may contact the security desk at 341-4533 or 341-4556 to make arrangements for an escort.
