A Full Schedule Includes Visits to Historical, Cultural, Religious and National Landmarks

PHOTO: Vina del marMIDDLETOWN, N.Y. – The SUNY Orange Global Studies Department is sponsoring a 10-day roundtrip tour of Chile from March 15-24, 2019.

Highlights of the trip include visits to the cities of Santiago, Vina del Mar, Valparaiso and Puerto Natales. The schedule is filled with sightseeing opportunities spanning an array of geographic, cultural, historic and religious landmarks, highlighted by the Torres del Paine national park, the Central Market of Santiago, the port and central hub of Vina del Mar, the Serrano and Balmaceda glaciers, and more.

The base price of the tour is $3,848 per person with double occupancy accommodations. A supplemental charge of $698 will be added for participants wishing to have single-occupancy accommodations. The cost also includes round-trip airfare, eight-nights’ accommodations, daily breakfasts, five lunches, and two dinners, museum and site entrance fees as listed on the itinerary, in-country bus service, in-country airport transfers and in-country guide services. Tips to in-country guides and bus driver, and personal expenses will be the responsibility of the participants.

The trip is open to SUNY Orange students, faculty and members of the general community. A deposit of $500 is due by Nov. 15.
