2021 Partnership Agreement Between
SUNY Orange and

I.  Program Portfolio

    A.  Provide a full suite of high quality, innovative nursing and healthcare management education
	programs for SUNY Orange employees and students:

	  -  Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree Completion Program (RN to BSN)*
	  -  Accelerated RN to BS to MS Nursing Degree Program (RN to BSN/MSN)*
	  -  Master of Science Nursing Degree Program (MSN)
	     -  Five practice-based specializations*
	  -  Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree Program (DNP) in four specializations
	  -  Master of Business Administration Healthcare (MBA)*
	  -  Graduate-level certificates and digital credentials*

	* Programs provided in both traditional term-based and Powered by SIMPath learning formats.

    B.	Provide a reduced tuition structure allowing SUNY Orange to utilize its tuition dollars efficiently
	and cost-effectively.

    C.	Provide a tuition deferment program for SUNY Orange employees to take advantage of
	employer tuition reimbursement benefits with minimal out-of-pocket expense, and/or for SUNY
	Orange to utilize customized billing and payment options including direct pay.

II.  Premium Features for SUNY Orange

*Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice; tuition increases typically occur January 1.

	2.  Accelerated Admissions Processing
	Completed applications will receive 24-hour turnaround. Transcripts will be evaluated within 72
	hours for transfer credit.

	3.  Tuition Deferment
	Participating students must sign a promissory note with American Sentinel College. Tuition
	payment is due 30 days after each course is completed. Students are responsible for paying tuition
	and fees.

	4.  Extended Benefits
	Reduced tuition rates extend to immediate family members including spouse and children of active
	SUNY Orange employees.

	5.  Communication and Promotion
	American Sentinel College provides a comprehensive marketing approach aimed at supporting the
	education initiatives of SUNY Orange. Through cooperation with SUNY Orange's designated
	internal contact, a program launch, and communication plan will be developed, customized and
	executed. Features may include:

		-  A dedicated Partner Engagement Manager ensuring optimal levels of program support.
		-  A website for SUNY Orange employees describing the education benefits and programs
		   available.
		-  A website for SUNY Orange education coordinators, administrators, and/or HR
		   representatives to access digital resources for employees and download up-to-date
		   promotional materials for distribution.
		-  Program launch communications regarding the affiliation that senior management can
		   utilize to share with internal staff.
		-  Printed collateral for distribution to employees.
		-  Agreed upon site-visits or virtual events to SUNY Orange facilities (education fairs, rounds,
		   presentations, etc.).

III.	Exclusivity
This agreement is non-exclusive and does not prevent SUNY Orange from entering into additional
education agreements with other schools.

This agreement is not an affiliation agreement or superseding any liability insurance clauses thereof.
This agreement is only to provide the tuition and ancillary benefits as outlined in this document.

IV.	Termination
This agreement renews annually and can be terminated at any time by either party, for any reason, with
30 days written notice. Upon termination of this agreement, American Sentinel College will maintain
preferred tuition rates for all active SUNY Orange employees who are students in good standing at
time of termination. Thirty-day tuition deferment, per item number three above, will cease at time of
termination.

Partner benefits are forfeited by students who separate from employment with SUNY Orange
immediately upon separation.


AGREEMENT
This agreement is subject to any and all applicable state and local laws.
