Format
Follows guidelines described in Learning Innovation Grant for Fall 2006 (1 signed original & 6 copies, no more than 3 typed pages, 12- pt font, 1 inch margins, include cover sheet, proposal form, provide answer for each category, signed by applicant & department chair). 
Applications not following guidelines will not be reviewed.
