All related Iona College transfer policies and processes apply, which include, but are not limited to: 1. Submission of a completed Transfer Student application accompanied by the application fee, made payable to Iona College 2. Submission of final official transcripts from all colleges previously attended. 3. Submission of an official high school transcript and, if appropriate, official results of any Advanced Placement, CLEP, or International Baccalaureate exams. NOTE: International students should connect with Iona Admissions for additional information. Orange County Community College graduates with an earned Associates Degree in Computer Science will receive up to 64 credits in transfer toward the Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science at Iona College. Students with a 2.5 grade point average for all prior college course work will be waived from the Liberal Arts Core requirements, with the exception of required courses in Religious Studies and Philosophy. No course graded less than C will be evaluated for transfer credit. Any student who does not meet the 2.5 minimum grade point average for a waiver of the College Core will have courses evaluated on a course-by-course basis for use in fulfillment of the Liberal Arts Core and Computer Science major. Minimum total credits required at Iona College, beyond those granted in transfer, to complete the baccalaureate degree is 56 to 60, only if the Liberal Arts Core is waived, as charted below. Procedures for reviewing, updating, modifying, or terminating agreement: The Department Chairs of both institutions will review implementation of the agreement once every three to five years to ensure that studenst are adequately informed of the program and to identify issues requiring attention. II. Procedures for evaluating agreement, e.g., tracking the number of students who transfer under the articulation agreement and their success: After transfer into the Iona College Computer Science Department, Iona will inform OCCC about the academic progress of transfer students (graduation dates). The Iona College Computer Science Department provides advisement to all students entering the major. III. Sending and receiving college procedures for publicizing agreement, e.g., college catalogs, transfer advisors, websites, etc.: Notice of articulation will be placed in the respective catalogs, recruiting brochures, and websites.
