Articulation Agreement between Manhattan College and Orange County Community College 1. This agreement between Orange County Community College and Manhattan College is meant to facilitate the transfer of students of Orange County Community College who have graduated with the Associate in Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology into the Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological and Health Sciences with Advanced Standing OR the Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with Advanced Standing at Manhattan College. Students graduated from Orange County Community College�s Associate in Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology who wish to pursue the Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological and Health Science with Advanced Standing OR the Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with Advanced Standing at Manhattan College can be granted up to 63 college credits towards the Bachelor�s Degree for the instruction provided by Orange County Community College. 2. The granting of college credit for this instruction will be applied only to the Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological and Health Sciences with Advanced Standing OR the Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with Advanced Standing. It will not be applied, under any circumstances, to any other degree-granting program at Manhattan College should the student decide to transfer to another program/department at Manhattan College. If the student decided to transfer to another program/department of Manhattan College, the student�s transcript would be evaluated for transfer credit by that program/department. 3. Orange County Community College must provide, on the applying transfer student�s transcript, the total number of academic and clinical college credits the student participated in as part of the College�s Associate in Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology. Should the number of college credits be less than 63 credits, then that specific number of credits will be granted. 4. The criteria for admission to Manhattan College�s Bachelor of Science degree in Radiological and Health Science with Advanced Standing OR the Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with Advanced Standing is that the student be successfully graduated from Orange County Community College�s Associate in Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology. 5. Once approved by both Institutions, this agreement is subject to review upon receipt of a written request from either party to the agreement. The agreement may be terminated by written notice served by either party six months before final termination. In that period, students may continue to fully benefit from the terms of this agreement. Orange County Community College and Manhattan College agree to encourage qualified students to participate in the agreement by providing academic advising through the appropriate departments and/or counseling services of Orange County Community College and Manhattan College. General information and other assistance will be given by both parties to assure an easy transition between the Institutions. 6. It is agreed that Manhattan College and Orange County Community College may use this contractual agreement in publicity releases and in individual or group conferences.
