Delhi STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK ARTICULATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN State University College of Technology at Delhi And SUNY Orange The State University College of Technology at Delhi agrees to articulate with SUNY Orange by providing opportunities for appropriately qualified students to complete the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Students selected for matriculation in this program will, upon satisfactory completion of a prescribed sequence of courses leading to an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Nursing from SUNY Orange, continue their studies at the State University College of Technology at Delhi, completing all requirements for a corresponding Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While admission to the State University College ofTechnology at Delhi is competitive, students satisfying the following requirements will be accepted: 1. Current RN license. 2. Official transcripts from all schools attended are required. 3. A minimum of 60 semester hours from an associate degree nursing program with nursing coursework grades of C+ or better, and liberal arts and science courses ofC or better. Required courses include anatomy and physiology I & II, microbiology, English, and psychology. 4. Student may transfer a maximum of 30 credit hours ofupper division credits, with a maximum of 15 upper division nursing credits. 5. Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above for prerequisite credits. *Above requirements are subject to change This articulation is based on the following inter-institutional agreements: 1. That the State University College of Technology at Delhi will provide financial aid support to matriculated students that qualify for financial aid. SUNY Delhi's federal school code is 002857. Interested students must submit an application for admission, along with college transcripts as required by the Enrollment Services Office at the State University College of Technology at Delhi. 2. SUNY Delhi advisors will assume responsibility for advising students who are covered by this agreement. SUNY Delhi curriculum fact sheets will be used as the mechanism for communicating degree requirements to students. Fact sheets will be reviewed annually and appropriate revisions to guide sheets will be made as each institution adds, deletes, or changes course offerings. 3. The Associate Dean, School of Nursing at the State University College of Technology at Delhi and the Chairperson at SUNY Orange will be designated as contact persons and coordinators of this agreement. 4. Should either party desire to terminate this ARTICULATION AGREEMENT, notification shall be given to the other party in writing not less than six ( 6) months prior to the proposed date oftermination. 5. The State University College of Technology at Delhi will supply SUNY Orange with promotional and informational literature, which will be used to assist students, faculty, and staff. Candace S.
