Important Advising information:

• OFT 106 Keyboarding waiver assessment is discontinued
• The NEW math sequences for AS Accounting & AS Business Administration programs are: (MAT 121 and MAT 122)  (MAT 122 and MAT 120) (MAT 122 and MAT 205) (MAT 131 and MAT 205) (MAT 131 and MAT 120) (MAT 205 and MAT 120) (MAT 205 and MAT 206)

• There are some Fall/Spring only courses in the AAS Accounting degree program. In the third semester students need to take ACC 211  {prereq ACC 153} (a fall only course). In the fourth semester students need to take ACC 111, ACC 205 {prereq ACC 153 & BUS 161}, and ACC 214  {prereq ACC 153 & BUS 161} (spring only courses).  If they do not meet the prerequisites, it could push them back from completing their degree program on time.

• There are some Fall/Spring only courses in the AS Accounting degree. An AS Accounting student must complete FOUR accounting courses and each is a prerequisite for the other.  They are ACC 153, ACC 154, ACC 201, ACC 202.  These students must take ACC 153 the first (fall) semester or it will take them longer than 4 semesters to complete their degree. There is only one section of ACC 201 each fall semester and one section of ACC 202 each spring semester.  We do offer ACC 153 & ACC 154 in the summer for students to "catch up" but they may not be eligible for financial aid.
