Local Wildlife and their Prehistoric Ancestors
Monday, 12 May, 2025
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
As a post-script to the Spring Lecture Series: Local Wildlife and their Prehistoric Ancestors on May 12th Dr. Jahn has invited representatives of local environmental organizations to start off the program a half hour earlier than usual at 5pm. Two well-known organizations and ones to which Dr. Jahn often referred are the Basha Kill Area Association and the Orange County NY Audubon Society. After short descriptions of these groups, their purposes, their work, and what experiences they offer to their members, any questions attendees may ask will be addressed.
Then, at 5:30pm the Wildlife Town Hall will begin. This is your opportunity to participate by sharing your stories and photographs on anything that may be related to all the topics covered during the Spring Lecture Series: Local Wildlife and their Prehistoric Ancestors.
In-person come to the usual location: Rowley Center for Science and Engineering, room 128.
