Shuttle Bus Service
SUNY Orange provides shuttle bus service between the Newburgh Campus and the Middletown
Campus.
These services are provided free of charge and ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT STUDENT I.D.
Please note: The shuttle bus only runs during the fall and spring semester. It does not run during the summer semester or during holiday breaks.
Hours of Operation for Both Campuses
Middletown campus: open to students from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays. Campus buildings are generally unlocked during those times but please note that the hours that departments, services and employees (staff and faculty) are available will vary.
Newburgh campus: open to students from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Like the Middletown campus, the Newburgh campus buildings will be unlocked during those times but departments, services and employees may have different office hours.
Students are reminded that they should carry their student identification with them at all times when on either campus. A Student ID is REQUIRED to gain access to the shuttle bus between the Middletown and Newburgh campuses. It also serves as your library card and student events pass.

Pick up Points
Middletown
In Middletown, pickup is at the entrance to Parking Lot 5. Drop off is next to the Shepard Student Center.
*Newburgh
Monday thru Friday the 7:00 a.m. Shuttle bus will continue to pick up students in front of Kaplan Hall entrance located on Grand Avenue.
All other pick ups will be done at the TOWER BUILDING at the Broadway entrance. The pick up spot is directly across from the PD station. Students can wait in the Tower Lobby until the bus arrives. Please call the Safety and Security Office in Newburgh with any questions: (845) 341-9510.
Please note: There is no longer a public bus service available between Port Jervis and Middletown.
