Student Services Central

Please be aware that we are limited to what type of information we can discuss via chat and phone. It is highly suggested that you set up proxy authorization which will enable us to disclose billing and financial aid details.
Get started by logging into your MySUNYOrange account and clicking on the dollar sign symbol in the blue left navigation bar to take you to the Student Accounts page. Then select "Proxy Authorization" in the "Student Accounts Information" box, at the bottom-left of the page. It is important for you to add yourself as a proxy and create a passphrase. You may also choose to set up other individuals as proxy.

Student Services Central provides current and prospective students with centralized enrollment services. We are the customer service area representing Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar’s Office and Student Accounts. Our knowledgeable, cross-trained Enrollment Specialists are here to provide professional and accurate assistance as students enroll at SUNY Orange.
Some of the things Student Services Central can help you with:
- Get information on how to apply to the college
- Register for courses and make schedule changes
- Pay your bill or sign up for the monthly payment plan
- Answer questions about Verifcation of Residency and process your Verification of Residence
- Clear financial holds
- Answer general financial aid questions and check financial aid requirements
- Get answers to most enrollment and student account related questions
- Provide information about important dates and deadlines
