An Artist's Response to Human Rights exhibit of visual and literary arts by juniors and seniors in high school is a presentation of the Orange County Human Rights Commission. It is produced in cooperation with the Orange County Arts Council and SUNY Orange.

The works are being displayed in Orange Hall Gallery December 4 through 12, 2019, Monday through Thursday 9am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 6pm.

The exhibit offers the students a public opportunity of expressing their feelings about the importance of human rights in today’s world by depicting artworks and writing poems or essays about topics related to the 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The reception is a gathering of these students and their families and friends as well as the general public. Please join us in congratulating the many participating students by coming to the reception anytime between 1pm and 3pm on Sunday, December 8. All are welcome. Music will be provided by Tyler Z. Chen, pianist.
