International Overdose Awareness Day is a worldwide event held annually on August 31st. This year the Wellness Center will recognize this event on Thursday, August 29th in the Rowley Center, 1^st floor lobby from 11 am to 1 pm. Our nurses will be available to talk with you about the prevalence of drug overdoses in our community and how to respond to as well as prevent them.

If you can’t make our event but would like to be involved there are plenty of other ways to support International Overdose Awareness Day. We encourage you to:
