World History Professor Michael Strmiska will speak about the growing problem of racist mass killings in America, and the ideology of White Nationalism that is motivating racially-motivated murderers from Dylan Roof, who shot and killed nine African-American worshippers at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Charleston, SC in June, 2015 to Robert Gregory Bowers, who shot and killed eleven Jewish congregants at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh PA in July 2018 to Patrick Crusius, who mowed down 22 Hispanic shoppers at a Walmart in El Paso, TX in August 2019. Event is Free and Open to the Public.
