“Tips for Easing COVID-Related Stress When Returning to College," an online workshop, will be held September 15th and 17th from 11 am to 11:50 am via Zoom.
Led by the Wellness Center's Menthal Health Counselor Maureen Flaherty, MS LMHC, the workshops will cover ways to manage the unique stress related to COVID-19, transitioning to remote learning, fear and uncertainty associated with the pandemic and other stressors college students are facing.
The workshops will end with a Mindfulness Breathing Technique.
