SAGA (Sexuality and Gender Alliance)'s combined Newburgh and Middletown clubs are hosting a virtual open mic (BYO mic!) to celebrate National Coming Out Day (which is Sunday October 11, 2020). Our event will take place on Friday, October 9, 2020, from 3pm to 5pm. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to drop in and tell their own stories or just listen.

According to CNN: "National Coming Out Day, celebrated every year on October 11, is the anniversary of the National March on Washington for Lesbian and Gay Rights. The day is meant to celebrate the act of 'coming out' -- when an LGBT person decides to publicly share their gender identities or sexual orientation.
