Virtual Interactive Cooking Class

Join us for our Virtual Interactive Cooking Class with Jodi Greebel - Cook, Teacher & Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. The class will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, March 3rd at 4pm. Supplies can be picked up at either Middletown or Newburgh campuses on Monday, March 1st between 11am-1pm. The live class is limited to the first 30 sign ups. Virtual Cooking Class Sign Up  We will email you the zoom link prior to the event. Anyone signed up outside of that limit will receive a recording of the class via email. You will be admitted to the class 5 minutes prior to the start. Anyone who attends late will not be admitted and can email either karen.reid@sunyorange or adrienne.victor@sunyorange.edu to receive the class recording.

What we will be cooking:

Broccoli, Garlic, & Oil Pasta
Parmesany Corn
S'Mores Dip

Supplies you will need to provide: pot, colander, saute pan or skillet, spoons, measuring spoons, measuring cups, 4 c glass dish (or can use any size baking dish and adjust number of marshmallows) and a knife

Listed below are optional items for the cooking class that are not included in the kit. Please feel free to add these items on your own.

OPTIONAL toppings for broccoli pasta: red pepper flakes, panko bread crumbs, nutritional yeast

OPTIONAL toppings for parmesany corn: cayenne pepper, 1 tsp lime juice 

OPTIONAL for S'mores Dip: colored sparkle sugar sprinkles in school colors

*Must be a currently registered SUNY Orange student to participate
