Feeling Stressed? Need to take a breather? Pick up your Stress Free Zone Kit at the Middletown Campus behind the Shepard Student Center, in Parking Lot #6. A valid class schedule and a photo ID (license) is required.  It's easy, pull up, show us your schedule and ID, pop your trunk and we will drop your Stress Free Kit in your trunk for you to de-stree at home.  Included in the kit is make your own tye dye masks and supplies, stress ball, candle and more.
