On Tuesday, March 7th, we are hosting our Middle States MOCK Visit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to prepare and practice for our upcoming Self-Study Team Visit in April.  

All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend the 11:00 session in RCSE 010.  [Please note, a zoom connection will be established with the Newburgh campus; room to be confirmed on middle states portal.] 

The session will be facilitated by two peer reviewers from SUNY's Council on Assessment, SCOA who have experience in accreditation, assessment and site visits - Kathleen Landy, Associate Director in the Center for Teaching Innovation at Cornell University and Debora Ortloff, Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Assessment at Finger Lakes Community College.

By attending the session, faculty and staff will have a clearer understanding of the types of questions to expect during the April team visit as well as evidence expected. 

Additionally, the Steering Committee will have a clearer understanding of where the college may need to focus the final preparation efforts.
