Line of Thought - Solo Exhibit by Naomi Berkery
Tuesday, 27 June, 2023
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
The Mindy Ross Gallery is the venue for a solo exhibit by Naomi Berkery entitled Line of Thought. It runs June 12 through July 25.
Berkery creates emotive works which are “deeply personal celebrations of authenticity and visual expression.” Within each work is “a moment, a conversation, a thought, a feeling, a reaction, a fantasy, a recollection” states Berkery. The works demonstrate the confluence of the varied concepts of Street Art and Graffiti, Surrealism and Neo-Expressionism amidst the “fusion of city meets nature … in the Hudson Valley.” The artworks are full of color, imagery, and texture.
Gallery hours: 8am -8pm Monday - Thursday; closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. However, the gallery is open Saturday, July 15 from 11:30am to 4pm.
The Mindy Ross Gallery is situated within Kaplan Hall at SUNY Orange, GPS: 73 First St, Newburgh, where free parking is available in the college garage.
