Stress Management Workshop for Students

Stress is a normal and expected part of life. Almost everyone experiences stress on a continual basis, brought on by everyday issues like classwork, homework, jobs, family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships, finances, housing, and just trying to exist in a world that is constantly experiencing upheaval. There is no way to avoid stress, but there are proven ways to cope with stress that can help relieve some of the pressure and help you live in a functional and productive way!
On Tuesday, Feb. 13, please join Erin Rion, Director of the Wellness Center, for an interactive workshop on how to manage stress. This will be held from 11 a.m. - Noon in person in Rowley 111 at the Middletown Campus, AND will be simultaneously available on zoom as well, at this link: https://sunyorange.zoom.us/j/91222049187
