Sleep 101: How to Rest for Success!

We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping, so why not make the most of it?
For tips on how to get to sleep earlier, stay asleep longer, and sleep more soundly, please join Erin Rion, Director of the Wellness Center, for an hour-long workshop on how to rest for success!
This workshop will be offered on the Middletown Campus on February 20th from 11 a.m.-Noon, Rowley room 111.

All are welcome--faculty, staff, students, friends, and family. Sleep is essential, so learn how to make it better!
