The Wellness Center and Fearless! present the short film "Escalation," produced by the One Love Foundation, on Thursday, February 22 from 3:00-4:30 pm in the Gilman Center, Middletown Campus.

“Escalation” is an engaging, emotional film that transforms how students view and discuss relationship abuse. The screening will be followed by a discussion on healthy relationships led by One Love trained coordinator Nafie Jallow. Counselors from the Wellness Center will also be in attendance.

The One Love Foundation was founded in 2010 to honor the memory of Yeardley Love, a University of Virginia student who was killed by her ex-boyfriend. One Love exists for one reason �" Yeardley’s death was 100% avoidable if anyone around her knew the signs of an abusive relationship.
