Learn from the professors as you view the eclipse through telescopes with solar filters and solar glasses. Solar glasses will be available to share. If you already own a pair, bring them. No time is safe for looking directly at the sun in the timeframe of the duration. Solar glasses or solar filters on telescopes are necessary.

On the Middletown campus the event takes place on the Alumni Green with Astronomy Professor Tom Blon and Chemistry Professor Dustin McCall, plus assistants.
