Wednesday, 17 April, 2024
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Who knew a simple cotton T-shirt could say so much?
The Clothesline Project is a visual display which helps raise awareness for survivors of sexual assault and abuse. This collection, made up of different colored shirts representing different types of violence, tells each person’s story in their own words in an impactful way.
This powerful exhibit will visit both campuses in April, Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Middletown: outside Morrison Hall (the front sidewalk area, by the gate) on Wednesday, April 17 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Newburgh: Kaplan Hall Lobby on Thursday, April 18 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Presented by the SUNY Orange Wellness Center and the Orange County Sexual Assault Prevention and Advocacy Program (SAPA), there will be representatives from SAPA present on site to provide information, listen, and talk. All are welcome!
