Health Professions Division
Welcome to the Health Professions Division at Orange County Community College. If you are interested in a career in Healthcare, Public Health, Exercise Science, or Physical Education, then the Health Professions Division is the place for you!
Programs in the Health Professions Division provide students with classroom, clinical, and practical experiences to develop competence in their professional skills to become a valued member of their team within their chosen field.
Students interested in our clinical programs such as Dental Hygiene, Clinical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Phlebotomy, and Radiologic Technology should note that these programs are high-demand and have selective admission requirements.
The Health Professions Division prepares you to deliver quality patient/client care and improve the health of individuals and communities through education and service. I invite you to come and see for yourself. Talk to current students and faculty, visit our facilities or attend a pre-admission seminar and learn firsthand about the opportunities that await you.
I look forward to welcoming you as you take your first step towards a career in the Health Professions. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
