Below on this page, you will find the student pledge form. Students are asked to fill out the following information: name, signature, email address and phone number. It is important to have your contact information for follow-up purposes after Completion Week has ended (ex. upcoming workshops, support, etc.).
At SUNY Orange, we are asking students to commit to complete prior to Completion Week, as well as during Completion Week so these forms will be made available in advance. Those who sign a form will also be asked to sign the student banner during Completion Week, which will be hung in a prominent place on campus.
