This section is called "Header Content" and it isn't visible by default. It is made to appear by choosing "Header Editable Region" from the drop-down "Options" menu under "Settings" in the page properties. The three choices in this menu are "No Header", "Header Image" or "Header Editable Region"; in other words, you cannot have both a "Header Image" and a "Header Editable Region" on the same landing page. The option to choose "Header Editable Region" from the drop-down "Options" menu to make the "Header Content" section appear is only available on landing pages.

This section is called "Additional Content" and it isn't available by default. It is made available by checking the appropriate box in the page properties. The "Additional Content" section is available on both landing pages and interior pages.
