File a Report

In order to maintain safety and order on campus, the SUNY Orange BIT identifies, responds, and ensures appropriate intervention when individual studen behavior causes concern to other members of the campus community.

To submit student behavior concerns please log on to MySUNYOrange and go to the Employee or Faculty/Advisor tab. Look for the MySUNYOrange A to Z portlet in the center column, then find the Behavioral Intervention: File a Report link.

For security reasons, the form link is on MySUNYOrange. You will have to log on as a SUNY Orange faculty or staff member to access it.
