Re-Admitted Students on Academic Probation

You are considered a readmitted student if you have been away from the College for a year or more. You are on academic probation if your cumulative GPA was lower than 2.0 in your last semester at SUNY Orange.

ReStart Workshops

All students who have been re-admitted to SUNY Orange and are on academic probation, and have been away from the College for a year or more, are required to attend a ReStart workshop.

ReStart is an interactive workshop designed to help re-admitted students on academic probation become familiar with services and resources available to them at SUNY Orange. The workshop is designed to offer strategies for academic success and financial wellness.

How Do I Register for a ReStart Workshop?

• Please remember you must reapply to the college first, before you attend a ReStart Workshop.

• The Restart workshop link is distributed by the Admissions office after you are accepted to the college.
