About Coach Rywalt - Head Coach

John Rywalt enters his second season as head coach of the Colts.  John served as an assistant coach for the 2008-09 SUNY Orange Colts season under HOF coach Stacey Morris.  Coach Rywalt has been a veteran of the Orange County softball scene for nearly three decades.  Coach has been involved at the youth and travel levels of softball since 2003.  Coach is also a certified umpire at the HS and collegiate levels.  He has a degree from SUNY Delhi and lives with his wife Joan in Montgomery, NY.

Glen Connoly - Assistant Coach

Glen Connoly has been an assistant coach at SUNY Orange along side Coach Rywalt going as far back as the 2009 - 2010 Colt season when he assisted 300 game winning coach Stacey Morris. Connoly is known for his winning attitude throughout the Hudson Valley.He has coached fast pitch teams that have been successful at every age level, including a semi final ESPN appearance at the 2016 Little League World Series with a Big League division team.  Coach Glen is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor's in accounting.  He lives in Walden with his wife Susan.
