Moving from Blackboard to Brightspace

All SUNY schools will be migrating from their current LMS (learning management systems) to D2L's Brightspace. 

SUNY Orange, along with 30 other SUNY schools, joined in the first migration cohort.  We began using Brightspace for a select few courses over the summer 2022 semester, with all courses moving to Brightspace in the Fall of 2022.

Brightspace is more mobile-friendly and is easier for students to use.  In addition, students taking courses at multiple SUNY campuses will see all their classes on the same page when they log in.
